Specialized Service Testing of Polymers, Textiles, and Fibers

MSE is keen on supporting the testing and evaluation needs of the manufacturing industry, distributors, retailers and general consumers to the best of its abilities. As a part of this service function, MSE offers selected specialized testing services on raw materials, in-process materials and finished products relevant to the polymers, textiles, and fibers. The following lists some of the tests that can be performed on soft materials and soft material products such as yarns, fabrics, garments, nonwovens and carpets.

Specialized testing of hard materials (metals and ceramics) is also available through the Mechanical Properties Research Laboratory at Georgia Tech.
