ABOUT
Now at Penn State, Madhavan Swaminathan is professor emeritus with appointments in the School of Materials Science and Engineering and the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He previously led Georgia Tech’s Center for Co-Design of Chip, Package, System (C3P3) and was deputy director of the National Science Foundation Microsystems Packaging Research Center at Georgia Tech.
